Office Button

As Above the picture at left top corner, the button shown is called Office Button.  We can perform allot of task by using Office Button like:

• To create the New Excel Workbook
• To open existing Files
• To Save the current file
• To Print the file etc.

Some Help full Short keys relating to the Office Button;

• To create a new Excel Work Book                 Ctrl + N
• To save the Excel file                                      Ctrl + S
• To Print out the Excel file                                Ctrl + P

A View To Excel 2007

When u will click on Microsoft Office Word 2007 the above window will open. the above file is called "Excel Workbook".

Its very simple just 

• Click on Windows start button
• Click All Programs 
• Chose Microsoft Office
• Than click on Microsoft Office Excel 2007

as shown in above diagram.
